• Free curbside freight on Forevermark orders of $3,000 or more (Forevermark merchandise total, before tax; RTA or assembled) to the 48 contiguous states.
• Below $3,000: RTA-only orders pay about 12% of the Forevermark merchandise total (minimum $49); any order that includes a factory-assembled cabinet pays a flat $390, because assembled cabinets ship on a pallet and take far more truck space. The $390 covers the whole Forevermark shipment — RTA items in the same order ride along at no extra charge.
• Fillers, panels, moldings and toe kick ship with the cabinets at no extra freight. Home Comforts Cabinetry items in the same cart are charged their own cabinet freight — the two lines ship from different warehouses.
• Pickup at our Marlton, NJ showroom is free — choose pickup at checkout and we will call when the order is ready.
• Delivery is curbside with liftgate. The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment (24-hour notice) and someone 18 or older must be present to inspect, count and sign. Inside delivery, unpacking, assembly and installation are not included.
• Remote or limited-access addresses, islands and unusually large orders may need an additional freight quote before fulfillment.

• Ready-to-assemble (RTA) orders leave the warehouse in about 1–2 business days; factory-assembled orders in about 3–4. Transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on distance from New Jersey.
• Factory assembly is $21 per cabinet, selectable on each product page. Assembled cabinets arrive with doors, drawers and hardware installed; toe kick, fillers and moldings still need to be cut and fitted on site.
• RTA cabinets go together with basic tools in about 15–20 minutes each and use the same plywood box, dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware as the assembled version.

• Inspect and count before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and photograph the cartons, labels and affected parts. Accept the shipment and document the damage rather than refusing the whole order unless we instruct otherwise.
• Report concealed damage, shortages or missing parts within 7 days of delivery to info@homecomfortsdepot.com with your order number and photos — the manufacturer will not accept claims after that window. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed and do not assemble or install damaged pieces.
• Approved claims carry no restocking fee and are usually resolved by shipping a replacement door, drawer, panel or cabinet.

• Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Written return authorization (RMA) is required before anything ships back; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• RTA cabinets must be unopened, unassembled, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee; return freight is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed Home Comforts Depot error, and outbound freight is non-refundable.
• Factory-assembled cabinets, cut-to-fit finishing pieces (fillers, panels, moldings, toe kick, touch-up) and special-order items are final sale unless shipped incorrectly.
• Cancelling or refusing an order after it has shipped is handled as a return and may incur freight and restocking charges.
