- Pick the accessory sized for your cabinet — the fit (B18, DB30, 24" wall, 3" filler…) is in each product name and description. The cabinet itself is sold separately.
- Roll-outs, pull-outs, trash cans, inserts and drawer systems are natural UV-coated maple with Blum soft-close hardware and work with every Fabuwood Allure door style we carry — Galaxy, Luna and Luxe.
- Floating shelves, stemware racks and appliance garages are finished per order in your cabinet color; choose the color on the product page (floating shelves also come in Walnut and with an optional LED light bar).
- Loose accessories install on site. If you want Fabuwood to install an accessory in the cabinet at the factory, add both to the same order and tell us in the order notes; filler pull-outs need the filler and overlay filler ordered separately.
- Custom depths, heights or colors are quoted by Fabuwood; a $100 modification surcharge applies to custom requests.
- Accessories ship with your Fabuwood cabinet order by curbside liftgate freight to the 48 contiguous states: free on Fabuwood orders of $1,200 or more, $199 flat below that.
- Inspect and count at delivery; note visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and report concealed damage within 48 hours.
- Accessories are special-order and final sale unless shipped incorrectly or damaged.

Cabinet freight is calculated at checkout by cabinet count: accessories only $19.99 · 1–2 cabinets $59 · 3 cabinets $169 · 4–5 cabinets $249 · 6 cabinets $299 · 7+ cabinets $359. Most cabinet orders ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. Remote or limited-access locations, unusually large orders or special delivery requirements may require an additional freight quote before fulfillment.
- 48 contiguous states only; no PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. Appliance and HVAC delivery offers do not apply to cabinet orders.
- Curbside delivery: carrying cartons indoors, unpacking, assembly and installation are not included.
- The carrier schedules a delivery appointment; an adult (18+) must be present to sign.
- Delivery dates are estimates; address changes, missed appointments or special access may incur extra charges.
Receiving your order & reporting damage
Inspect and count the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt and photograph the cartons, labels and affected parts. Unless we or the carrier instruct otherwise, accept the shipment and document the damage rather than refusing the whole order.
Report concealed damage, shortages or missing items as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos. Keep all boxes, packing materials and pallets until the claim is reviewed, and do not assemble or install damaged pieces. Approved claims carry no restocking fee and are usually resolved by replacing the affected door, drawer, panel or cabinet.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Written return authorization (RMA) is required before anything ships back; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- Cabinets must be unopened, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified and resalable, in the original packaging.
- Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee. Return freight is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed Home Comforts Depot error; outbound cabinet freight is non-refundable.
- Assembled, installed, modified, custom or special-order items and cut-to-fit finishing pieces (fillers, panels, moldings, toe kicks, touch-up) are final sale unless shipped incorrectly.
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Damage claims are handled separately (no restocking fee). Full details: Cabinet Returns & Damage Policy.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may no longer be possible once the order has been released for processing or shipment.
After dispatch, a cancellation or refusal unrelated to damage is handled as a return and may incur freight and restocking charges. Check the cabinet list, measurements, delivery address and contact number before approving your order.

What does the cabinet price include?
Each price is for the listed cabinet or component. Countertops, appliances, installation and tax are separate; cabinet freight is calculated at checkout by cabinet count. Fillers, panels and molding are included only when listed in your quote.
Do the cabinets require assembly?
Yes. This is a ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinet collection. Cabinet assembly and installation are separate from the listed item price.
Are the reference images exact product photographs?
The images illustrate cabinet families and typical configurations. Choose each item by its SKU and listed dimensions; door, shelf and component arrangements can vary.
Can you check my layout before I order?
Share room measurements, appliance dimensions and your cabinet list for a free design review. Corner, pantry and appliance cabinet configurations need a fit check before approval.
Can you quote a complete 10×10 kitchen?
Yes. Share your room dimensions and appliance sizes so we can prepare an itemized cabinet quote for your actual layout, including the finishing pieces and delivery.
