Chimney Sizing

ZLINE Range Hoods are designed to fit the majority of kitchens right out of the box. Some kitchens with shorter ceilings do need a shortening kit or an extension kit depending on ceiling height. All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available provider. Shipping is curbside only – carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, kitchen, or any indoor location. If you require assistance with moving the delivery, please arrange for additional help to receive your order. If the carrier deems the destination undeliverable, you may incur extra charges for alternative delivery methods. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Full insurance is included in all shipments. After placing your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 2–4 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, items ordered, and other logistical factors.

Estimated Shipping Times
  • FedEx Ground: 4–6 business days after the processing date.
  • FedEx Freight or other LTL provider: 4–12 business days after the processing date.
  • ILVE products: 8–15 business days after the order date.

These are general guidelines. Shipping times may vary depending on the final destination and items ordered. If an item is shipped and then cancelled or refused, a 15% restocking/shipping fee will be applied.

If your shipping address requires a change or adjustment after placing the order, a $175.00 fee will apply. This covers the freight carrier’s adjustment cost and administrative handling. Large/heavy items (e.g., ranges, refrigerators, or items over 155 lbs) will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. A person aged 18 or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or refused shipments.

Damaged Orders & Returns

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damage Refuse the package, Note the damages on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill with the delivery driver. Then Email, info@homecomfortsdepot.com with your issue and attached photos. All damages must be reported within 24 hours, or your claim may be denied. Keep all original packaging, including pallets, in case of return or exchange.

Before a return authorization is approved for damaged goods: warranty claim must be filed by emailing info@homecomfortsdepot.com available for inspection by the warranty service team.

Shipping Zone

We offer free shipping only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to: Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Other U.S. territories or international destinations (including Canada)

We also do not accept returns for out-of-region shipments. In rare cases, if a freight carrier refuses to ship to a location, a refund will be granted.
