At HomeComfortDepot, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders that are delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or the most affordable available provider. Please note that the shipping carrier will deliver your order curbside and will NOT deliver into your home, garage, kitchen or elsewhere. In case you require further assistance, please arrange for additional help to receive your order.
If the carrier deems the destination address undeliverable, you may incur additional charges for alternative delivery methods. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, and full insurance is included in all shipments.
Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be provided by email within 2–4 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on final destination, items ordered, and other logistical factors.
Estimated Shipping Times
- FedEx Ground: 4–6 business days after the processing date
- FedEx Freight or other LTL provider: 4–12 business days after the processing date
- ILVE products: 8–15 business days after the order date
These are general guidelines. Shipping times may vary depending on the final destination and items ordered. If an item is shipped and then canceled or refused, a 15% restocking/shipping fee will be applied.
If an item requires an adjustment or alteration to the shipping address, a $175.00 fee will apply. This covers costs charged to HomeComfortDepot and time required to coordinate the adjustment with the freight carrier.
For large and heavy items (e.g., ranges, refrigerators, or items over 155 pounds), delivery will be via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. A person aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or refused shipments.
If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos, refuse the package, and note the damages on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill with the delivery driver. Then, email info@homecomfortsdepot.com with your issue and photos. All damages must be reported within 24 hours or the claim may be denied.
Keep all original packaging, including pallets, in case of a return or exchange. Before a return authorization is approved for damaged goods, a warranty claim must be filed by emailing info@homecomfortsdepot.com, and the item must be available for inspection by the warranty service team.
Please note we offer free shipping only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, other mainland U.S. territories, or international destinations (including Canada). We also do not accept returns for out-of-region shipments. In rare cases, a freight carrier may refuse to ship to a location; in such cases, a refund will be granted.
