5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer curbside delivery through trusted carriers. Tracking information will be provided once available.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • For LTL (freight) shipments, the customer is responsible for being present at delivery and inspecting goods before signing.

6. Inspection, Damages & Risk of Loss

  • Please inspect packages upon delivery. If visibly damaged, refuse the shipment and note the issue with the carrier.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on the brand/manufacturer.
  • Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

8. Warranty

  • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Home Comforts Depot.
  • We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
