Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable provider. Orders are delivered curbside, not inside the home.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Full insurance is included. Tracking info is sent within 2–4 business days. Shipping estimates:

  • FedEx Ground: 4–6 business days
  • FedEx Freight or LTL: 4–12 business days
  • ILVE products: 8–15 business days

If an item is shipped and later canceled/refused, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Shipping address changes cost $175. Large items ship via LTL and require an adult (18+) to sign for delivery. Additional charges may apply for reschedules or refusals.

If you receive a damaged product, take photos, report damages within 24 hours, and email info@homecomfortsdepot.com.

Keep all original packaging. For returns/exchanges or warranty claims, email info@homecomfortsdepot.com.

We do not ship to islands, outlying territories, or internationally (including Canada). In rare cases, if a location is unreachable, a refund will be issued.
