Cabinet freight is calculated at checkout by cabinet count: accessories only $19.99 · 1–2 cabinets $59 · 3 cabinets $169 · 4–5 cabinets $249 · 6 cabinets $299 · 7+ cabinets $359. Most cabinet orders ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. Remote or limited-access locations, unusually large orders or special delivery requirements may require an additional freight quote before fulfillment.

• 48 contiguous states only; no PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. Appliance and HVAC delivery offers do not apply to cabinet orders.
• Curbside delivery: carrying cartons indoors, unpacking, assembly and installation are not included.
• The carrier schedules a delivery appointment; an adult (18+) must be present to sign.
• Delivery dates are estimates; address changes, missed appointments or special access may incur extra charges.

Inspect and count the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt and photograph the cartons, labels and affected parts. Unless we or the carrier instruct otherwise, accept the shipment and document the damage rather than refusing the whole order.

Report concealed damage, shortages or missing items as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos. Keep all boxes, packing materials and pallets until the claim is reviewed, and do not assemble or install damaged pieces. Approved claims carry no restocking fee and are usually resolved by replacing the affected door, drawer, panel or cabinet.

Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Written return authorization (RMA) is required before anything ships back; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

• Cabinets must be unopened, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified and resalable, in the original packaging.
• Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee. Return freight is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed Home Comforts Depot error; outbound cabinet freight is non-refundable.
• Assembled, installed, modified, custom or special-order items and cut-to-fit finishing pieces (fillers, panels, moldings, toe kicks, touch-up) are final sale unless shipped incorrectly.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may no longer be possible once the order has been released for processing or shipment.

After dispatch, a cancellation or refusal unrelated to damage is handled as a return and may incur freight and restocking charges. Check the cabinet list, measurements, delivery address and contact number before approving your order.
