Forevermark Townplace Crema (Town Collection) is a transitional recessed-panel door with a molded inside profile, in a soft cream. Cabinet interiors and shelves are finished to match the door color. 1/2" all-plywood boxes with I-beam construction, 3/4" all-wood adjustable shelves, soft-close concealed hinges and dovetail drawer boxes on full-extension undermount soft-close glides. Shop base, wall and tall cabinets by size, add fillers, panels and moldings, and choose ready-to-assemble or factory assembly ($21 per cabinet). Forevermark orders ship from the manufacturer’s New Jersey warehouse to the 48 contiguous states — free curbside liftgate freight on orders of $3,000 or more (RTA or assembled); below $3,000, RTA-only orders pay about 12% of the Forevermark total (minimum $49) and any order with a factory-assembled cabinet pays a flat $390. Freight is free on Forevermark orders of $3,000 or more (RTA or assembled). Below $3,000, RTA-only orders pay about 12% of the Forevermark merchandise total (minimum $49); any order that includes a factory-assembled cabinet pays a flat $390 for the whole shipment, because assembled cabinets take far more truck space. Fillers, panels and moldings ship with the cabinets at no extra charge.

- The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment (24-hour notice) and an adult must be present to inspect and sign. Inside delivery, unpacking and installation are not included.

How Forevermark cabinets ship, and what happens if something arrives damaged.
Forevermark Cabinetry orders ship direct from the manufacturer’s New Jersey warehouse by curbside liftgate freight. The terms below apply to every Forevermark product on this site; Home Comforts Cabinetry cabinets follow their own cabinet-count freight ladder.

- Free curbside freight on Forevermark orders of $3,000 or more (Forevermark merchandise total, before tax; RTA or assembled) to the 48 contiguous states.
- Below $3,000: RTA-only orders pay about 12% of the Forevermark merchandise total (minimum $49); any order that includes a factory-assembled cabinet pays a flat $390, because assembled cabinets ship on a pallet and take far more truck space. The $390 covers the whole Forevermark shipment — RTA items in the same order ride along at no extra charge.
- Fillers, panels, moldings and toe kick ship with the cabinets at no extra freight. Home Comforts Cabinetry items in the same cart are charged their own cabinet freight — the two lines ship from different warehouses.
- Pickup at our Marlton, NJ showroom is free — choose pickup at checkout and we will call when the order is ready.
- Delivery is curbside with liftgate. The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment (24-hour notice) and someone 18 or older must be present to inspect, count and sign. Inside delivery, unpacking, assembly and installation are not included.
- Remote or limited-access addresses, islands and unusually large orders may need an additional freight quote before fulfillment.
Lead time & assembly
- Ready-to-assemble (RTA) orders leave the warehouse in about 1–2 business days; factory-assembled orders in about 3–4. Transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on distance from New Jersey.
- Factory assembly is $21 per cabinet, selectable on each product page. Assembled cabinets arrive with doors, drawers and hardware installed; toe kick, fillers and moldings still need to be cut and fitted on site.
- RTA cabinets go together with basic tools in about 15–20 minutes each and use the same plywood box, dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware as the assembled version.
Damage, shortages & missing parts
- Inspect and count before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and photograph the cartons, labels and affected parts. Accept the shipment and document the damage rather than refusing the whole order unless we instruct otherwise.
- Report concealed damage, shortages or missing parts within 7 days of delivery to info@homecomfortsdepot.com with your order number and photos — the manufacturer will not accept claims after that window. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed and do not assemble or install damaged pieces.
- Approved claims carry no restocking fee and are usually resolved by shipping a replacement door, drawer, panel or cabinet.
Returns & cancellations
- Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Written return authorization (RMA) is required before anything ships back; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
- RTA cabinets must be unopened, unassembled, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee; return freight is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed Home Comforts Depot error, and outbound freight is non-refundable.
- Factory-assembled cabinets, cut-to-fit finishing pieces (fillers, panels, moldings, toe kick, touch-up) and special-order items are final sale unless shipped incorrectly.
- Cancelling or refusing an order after it has shipped is handled as a return and may incur freight and restocking charges.

What is the difference between Forevermark and Home Comforts Cabinetry?
Both are plywood-box Shaker cabinets with soft-close hardware and matching interiors. Home Comforts Cabinetry is our value line, shipped RTA with flat freight by cabinet count. Forevermark is a mid-tier line with 1/2" all-plywood boxes, dovetail drawers and undermount soft-close glides, available RTA or factory-assembled, with free freight on RTA orders of $3,000 or more.
Should I order RTA or assembled?
RTA saves $21 per cabinet and ships a day or two sooner; each cabinet takes about 15–20 minutes with basic tools. Assembled is worth it if you are paying an installer by the hour or want to skip assembly entirely — note that any order with assembled cabinets carries a flat $390 freight charge under $3,000, so assembly makes the most sense on full kitchens, and assembled cabinets cannot be returned.
What does the cabinet price include?
Each price is for the listed cabinet or component. Countertops, appliances, installation and tax are separate; cabinet freight is calculated at checkout by cabinet count. Fillers, panels and molding are included only when listed in your quote.
Do the cabinets require assembly?
Yes. This is a ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinet collection. Cabinet assembly and installation are separate from the listed item price.
Are the reference images exact product photographs?
The images illustrate cabinet families and typical configurations. Choose each item by its SKU and listed dimensions; door, shelf and component arrangements can vary.
