A kitchen appliance package is a coordinated set of appliances — typically a range, range hood, refrigerator and dishwasher — bought together in matching sizes and finishes. Buying as a package keeps your handles, trim and stainless finish consistent, and usually costs less than sourcing each piece separately.
What to check before you order
- Range width — 30, 36, 48 or 60 inches, matched to your cabinet opening
- Hood width and CFM — the hood should match or exceed the range width
- Fuel type — natural gas, liquid propane, dual fuel or induction
- Refrigerator depth — standard depth or counter depth, plus door swing clearance
- Electrical — dual fuel and induction ranges need a 240V connection
