Terms of Sales
These terms apply to all sales of products and services by HomeComfortDepot, a company registered in the state of New Jersey, to any buyer. By placing an order with Seller, Buyer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Seller accepts payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm.

All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Seller is not responsible for typographical errors.

The price of products does not include sales, use, excise, value-added, or other taxes.

Buyer shall be responsible for all applicable taxes unless Buyer provides Seller with a valid tax exemption certificate.

Any discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.
Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we will make every effort to accommodate our customers.

We will notify customers affected by the error and provide options, including the choice to purchase at the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
-
Seller offers FREE shipping on all orders delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available provider.

The shipping carrier will deliver the order curbside and will not deliver into Buyer's home, garage, kitchen, or elsewhere.

Delivery times are estimates only and dependent on the Ship To location.

Tracking numbers are provided by email within 2-4 business days after the order date.

Seller is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or damages that occur during shipping.
LTL Shipments
-
Large and heavy items will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment.
-
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
-
Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery or if the shipment is refused.

All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost to the customer.
Return Policy
-
All return requests must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be returned in their original condition, never been installed, including original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

A minimum of a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Specific restocking fees by brand are as follows:

ZLINE: 25%

Thor Kitchen: 15%

Kucht: 15%
-
Forno: 30%
-
Fotile: 15%
-
ILVE: 25%
-
MRCOOL: 35% plus return shipping fee

Modway: 25% plus return shipping fee

Vanity Art: 25% plus return shipping fee

KubeBath: 15%
-
All other brands: Minimum 15% plus return shipping fee

Refunds are issued after warehouse inspection and credited to the original payment method within 72 hours.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Clearance items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Products not eligible for returns include modified products, products not in resalable condition, products not in the original packaging, and accessories.
Damaged Products

If the box has clear damage upon delivery, take photos, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver.

If the product is damaged but the box is intact, take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@homecomfortsdepot.com.
Exchange Policy

All exchange requests must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

A minimum of a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.

Only uninstalled and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Limitation of Liability

Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold.

Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Seller is not responsible for delays or failures due to acts of God, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey.

For safety, we ensure our products meet all applicable safety standards and regulations.
Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HomeComfortDepot and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.
Changes to Terms

HomeComfortDepot reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
